Outside of public accessibility hours, professionals must independently grant building access for their clientele. Please note that as a salon suite establishment, our facility allows tenants to access the property at anytime, allowing each individual provider to conveniently operate under his or her own legislation and designate independent working hours as preferred.

Granby Salon Suites is a fully accessible property. There are no clientele limitations, as the property houses two handicap accessible restrooms, as well as standard wheelchair-width entryways. Freshly sanitized, reusable linens are available to all tenants at no additional cost. The luxury towel service at Granby Salon Suites is a valet program, meaning tenants can conveniently place towels outside of the suite for pickup and servicing. Valet towel service is available to all tenants M-F.

Health and safety are our number one priorities at Granby Salon Suites. Professional cleaning and sanitization services are routinely provided to the facility's common areas at no additional cost. In compliance with Norfolk City's professional regulations, the property routinely undergoes preventative pest-control treatments as well. In addition to our facility-wide regimen, tenants are expected to independently maintain clean and odorless individual spaces. Granby Salon Suites has a publicly accessible lobby setting with a convenient ATM machine (coming soon) available for both professionals and their guests. The lobby area houses a digital directory kiosk, where guests can quickly and conveniently locate their service provider, as well as a virtual check-in system to alert service providers of client presence.

Streamlined Operations
Granby Salon Suites prioritizes tenant-experience and convenience, offering streamlined operations to include e-leasing, a tenant portal and a text message notification system. Although there is on-site management, tenants are required to register for an online tenant portal, allowing convenient access to lease information, payment platforms, and profiles to update contact or licensure information as needed. Tenants are issued portal registration invitations upon move-in and are automatically opted-in to the facility's text message notification system. Our notification system is used to communicate with tenants regarding things like outages, payment reminders, upcoming events and holiday wishes. Being an entrepreneur is already time consuming and challenging at times-- we want to make your rental experience as simple and convenient as possible!
