Flexible Leasing & Payment Options Choose from 6- or 12-month leases to fit your needs. Pay rent weekly or monthly, and even switch between options if your situation changes. For monthly renters, we offer split payments through a third-party app to help manage cash flow easily. Hardship & Support We don’t believe in immediate evictions. Instead, we provide hardship programs for tenants facing difficulties. These programs are custom tailored to fit the specific circumstances of applicants and may vary in solution, from reduced or forgiven late fees, to extended repayment periods or the allowance of subleasing. And yes-- you read that correctly! Unlike many other facilities, we also allow subleasing, with hardship enrollment and approval of the subleasing tenant(s), for those who may be facing clientele and booking volume fluctuations, changes in circumstances, or financial hardships. Business & Personal Growth Resources We help boost your online presence with Google SEO support. We offer credit reporting services to help build your credit score. Insurance We connect tenants with affordable marketplace plans, Medicaid assistance, and discounted health, vision and dental insurance options through trusted partners like Anthem. Housing & Community Partnerships Getting approved for apartments or housing can be tough for entrepreneurs. We partner with Caravana and select apartment complexes to gather and provide the necessary income documentation to ease your approval process. Daily Rental Space Not ready for a full suite or just need workspace for a weekend or part-time? Our daily rental spaces are affordable and flexible to fit your unique needs.
