There are 15 full sized premium suites with select single and double units. There are no contingent exclusions or industry restrictions. All applicants must be at least 18 years of age or older and have a valid form of identification for leasing eligibility. Rental rates are monthly, not weekly. Suites range from $650 to $1200 monthly, based on unit size, plumbing hookups and windows. After successful submission of the suite inquiry form, you will be contacted by a leasing specialist within two business days to either secure your place on our salon waitlist, or choose your suite, pay your nonrefundable deposit and e-sign your lease agreement once you are ready and depending on space availability. Leasing agreements are available to preview here if preferred. Leases are nonnegotiable and legally binding. Please note that suites are not reserved until deposits are fully processed and a lease agreement is completed via DocuSign.
